Me Squared Cancer Foundation

Who is eligible for financial assistance?

Me Squared Cancer Foundation provides financial assistance to help pay cancer related medical costs:

Adult cancer patients with new or recurrent cancer in the previous 12 months who reside in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, or Wise counties.

We can pay for cancer related treatment costs including medical treatment, chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, medications as well as doctor visits. We can also help pay transportation costs to/from treatments and doctor appointments as well as lodging if treatments or appointments are out-of-town.
Each person’s grant is based on their individual circumstances (existing health insurance coverage, amount of medical bills, and the their financial circumstances), but grants can be up to $3,500.

Unfortunately, we can only help with cancer related treatment costs (see above).

No, we will make arrangements to pay your treatment provider directly.

Click on the Apply for assistance button on this page, complete the online application and click submit.

One of our volunteers will contact you in a few days to gather information and see how we can help (please be patient – we are all volunteers). The volunteers will also work with your doctor’s office to determine the estimated costs you need help with. If you are eligible, we will notify you with the amount of financial assistance you qualified for and work with your treatment providers to make payment directly to them on your behalf.
